Product Information

Description: An algine based complimentary feedstuff. It is a completely natural product and as such is an accepted feed ingredient.

Formulation: Extracts of Laminaria digitata and Ascophyllum nodosum.

Target Species:Penaeus monodon (black tiger shrimp); Macrobachium rosenburgii (freshwater giant prawn); Paneaus chinensis, Penaeus indicus, Litopenaeus vannamei, Litopenaeus stylirostris (white shrimp); Penaeus japonicus (Kuruma prawn)

Dosage and Administration

  • Orally delivered via bicencapsulation using Artemia nauplii. 
  • One liter of vaccine will effectively treat one million shrimp Post-Larvae. 
  • The prescribed dosage is fed to shrimp Post-Larvae over a ten-day period (e.g. earliest at PL 5 to PL 14).

Product Presentation: AquaVac* Ergosan* Shrimp Hatchery Formulation is available in 250g plastic tubs.

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool place, out of direct sunlight.

Label Indications: Complimentary feedstuff can play a valuable role in aquaculture where their use includes improving the non-specific immune response to a range of pathogens and enhancing the immune response in animals with a weak or developing immune system (e.g. larval shrimp).
